I Want My Bread Fresh

You know in the past week I've seen two girls under the the age of 10 walking young male dogs. Now when I say young I don't mean puppies, these were fully sized dogs brimming with boundless youth. Now the problem is, it's against the law in Ireland for anyone, of any age, to walk a dog they are unable to restrain. I don't believe children under ten are capable of this.
Now I'm not one to champion the law but this one makes total sense. One of these dogs was a Labrador, a dog with a lot of physical strength. In fact if this dog had been standing on two legs he'd have been taller than the walker and is already far stronger. The child could easily get hurt especially since male dogs of roughly the same size like to maul each other. So not only could the child be injured but I'm sure she'd be somewhat traumatized  while watching her dog and another try to tear each others throats out. Something for the parents to look forward to, perhaps?

You know, if I was a rich man I'd buy a bakery. Actually over the summer I've considered owning a Hobby Store, a place where young people could hang out and wargame, a record store filled with all the music I like from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and so on and now a bakery. Why a bakery? Because I like bread, real bread. Not factory crap filled with fat to preserve it, which by the way doesn't work. I want it freshly baked in the morning, I want it still pleasantly warm when I eat the first piece. Unfortunately these bakeries don't seem to exist much anymore. Instead they've been replaced with chain store bakieres, or chain supermarket bakeries who all use Cusine de France. Which is nice stuff but it's defrosted and reheated in store, not cooked fresh.

Is real bread to much to ask for...
